A super quick and easy either quick snack or a wee side to your main meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Boiled Sweetcorn
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- 1 tsp Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Tikka masala or Garam Masala (Tikka is better)
- Cheese slice (or more depending how cheesy you want it)
METHOD
- Melt the butter in a pan
- Add boiled sweetcorn.
- Add the seasonings and cheese and mix.
