I went for one thing... I lied. 🛒    I finally checked out FoodAsia Hypermarket in Glasgow and let’s just say my "quick trip" turned into a full-blown haul. This place is absolutely massive! It’s floor-to-ceiling with every food and snack you could need.    I went in expecting to leave with a small bag, but the aisles had other plans. One trolley later... here we are. I’m a regular at Gloagburn Farm Shop, but today I ditched the main menu for the Daily Specials, and wow… best decision ever! I tucked into the Hot Smoked Salmon & Denhead Asparagus Tart. The salmon was perfectly flaky, and that red pepper mayo? A total game changer. But the real stars might have been the homemade oatcakes, they literally melt in your mouth. Finished off with a warmed Chocolate Mousse Cake that was rich, silky, and just the right amount of sweet. 🍫 Full blog review coming soon!

Expectation vs. Reality at Waters Edge... 🫣🐟 I really wanted to love the Trio of Fish & Chips at the Isles of Glencoe, but it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The King Prawns were a 10/10, but the rest?
