Koko House is a new guy in town, they are also the first Japanese souffle pancake shop in Glasgow. Koko House has already been rushed off their feet with customers, lining up just to try these fluffy pancakes.
Looking Around
Inside has a lovely feel and vibe, as you can see from the photos below.
There is a little seating area, and and area to wait to sit in or to take away.
While I was waiting I had a look around, and aim to sit in next time and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Food
So this is a very popular dish in Japan, and am sure one that will be here to and probably exploding on to your Instagram and Facebook feeds.
I didnt know what to expect, so I opted for the original.
The Souffle Pancake
Original Souffle £4.50
You get two souffles, cream sauce and a strawberry
Just holding this in my hand I could smell how nice this was, plus look at the photo how tempting does that look?
Now to try…
This was AMAZING, it is exactly as it sounds it tastes just like a souffle / pancake and is super light and fluffy to eat.
Its bad saying this but this was gone in under one minute, and I could have easily had another.

If you do arrive and have to wait, trust me its worth it.
Each one takes about 15 mins, but if they are busy you may have up to a 30 min wait so my best advice would be to wait, place your order and then come back and collect it when its ready.
