
Garlic Butter Soya Fried Rice
Great for left over rice and leave you will wanting more.
Equipment
- Large Wok or Wide Frying Pan
- Flat-Edged Spatula
- A Large Bowl
- Garlic Press or Sharp Knife
- Small Glass/Ramekin
- Measuring Spoons
Ingredients
- Block of butter
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Hamadaya soy sauce
- Left over rice
Instructions
- First chop yo the garlic cloves into think slices
- On a medium heat add 2 tbsp of butter or if you used a block a nice slice of butter
- Once the butter starts to bubble a little add your chopped garlic
- Mix well and coat the garlic slices in butter till you get a lovely smell and the garlic is a golden colour

- Now add your rice and mix again
- Add 1 more tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp soya sauce

- Mix everything in
- Once it looks ready put it all in to your bowl
- For extra flavour feel free to add one more 1/2 tbsp butter and 1/2 tbsp soya once its platted up
