
Ingredients
- 1 Kg Chicken breast
- 1/2 cup AP flour
- 1/2 cup Cornflour
- Salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2. tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Method
- Start by dicing up the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks
- cover with 1/2 cup AP flour, 1/2 cup Cornstarch, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp garlic powder
- Pour 1 cup of cold water and mix together
- Now on medium heat now fry until golden and set aside


- Now add to a clean pan 1/2 cup butter, 2. tbsp honey and 2 tbsp soy sauce and mix for 3 mins
- Add chicken and mix still on medium heat till all parts are covered and look a good colour



- Plate up and enjoy
