Oak Smoked West Coast Salmon £13.00
Scottish salmon smoked in Fort William with mixed leaves, Tomato and our own lemon & dill mayonnaise

After looking over the menu, I opted for something light to avoid feeling bloated or losing focus during my drive home.
When it arrived, the presentation was impressive; the sandwich was generously packed with salmon and looked delicious, so I dug right in.
The salmon was lovely and fresh, with a wonderful flavour that paired perfectly with the lemon and deli mayo. It was a tasty, light meal, the ideal fuel for my trip back.
