The Hamadaya Gift Box
A good few weeks back the guys at Hamadaya gifted me with this amazing box of their soy sauces, and how good does this look!
The presentation is lovely and they all look interesting, and I couldn’t wait to start using them.
The Sauces
These look amazing!!
Now what one to start with hmm…I decided to start with the Teriyaki one as it was the one that grabbed my attention first.
Hamadaya has a recipe part on its website, and each recipe recommends one of its soy sauces to use.
I added all the ingredients to my weekly shopping list and cleared a Saturday evening (not that it’s busy these days) to start preparing my Saturday night dinner.
I really enjoyed making this one, as the smells when I was cooking after adding the soya sauce were amazing and mega mouth-watering!!

This was such a super easy recipe to follow, and you can view it here and remember to buy the sauce.
It was perfectly cooked, had lovely flavors, and was very filling and one that I would easily make again.
So what’s next?
There are still two bottles I have not tried yet, but I do have plans to use the main Soya sauce one soon as I will be trying homemade Crispy Chili Chicken, and that needs some soya so keep watching for that recipe.
Overall :
Firstly a big thank you Hamadaya for these lovely soya sauces, I enjoyed challenging myself to try the recipes and it made me fall back in love with cooking again.
I highly recommend these sauces, they are packed with flavor and really add to whatever you are making.
