Japanese Beef Bowl with Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce: Recipe


Ingredients

  • 300g thinly sliced beef
  • 1 white onion sliced
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • Small amount of pickled red ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 100ml water
  • 100ml Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan with sliced onions until tender
  2. Add sliced beef, Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce and water to simmer for a few minutes till cooked and the sauce has reduced enough.
  1. Serve the beef and onions over rice and garnish with the red ginger
