Visit & Vibes

After grabbing some snacks and street food and exploring many of the sights in Alicante, I worked up an appetite for dinner. Having done some research before my trip, I noticed that this place had amazing reviews, so I had to check it out and see for myself.

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and spoke English. They even provided me with an English menu, which was great since my Spanish is non-existent. The restaurant itself had a really nice decor, cozy and relaxing and I could see everyone around me having a great time.

From my research and reading reviews, I noticed that many people praised their pizzas, so I decided to try one. I went for the Diavolo pizza, which I’ve had many times in the UK and really enjoyed, so I was curious to see how it would compare here.

When it arrived, the pizza was a good size. The aroma was amazing, and it looked visually appealing my mouth was already watering.

The pizza base was perfectly cooked, lovely and thin. The toppings were evenly spread, and the flavour of the spicy sausage was excellent. While not as fiery as the ones in the UK, it had a really nice taste, and the overall combination of flavours in each bite was superb.

I can see why people rave about their pizzas. This was truly one delicious pizza, and I’m so glad I decided to check this place out.

Along with my pizza, I wanted to try a Spanish wine, so I opted for this one. Let me start by saying that I’m not a wine connoisseur, so I can’t provide a detailed review.

The wine was lovely and smooth, with a slight sweetness that complemented the pizza perfectly. I could easily see myself buying a bottle to enjoy at home.

Overall, my experience tonight was fantastic.

The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The pizza was amazing, and the wine was delicious. I can see why so many people rave about this place, and I can highly recommend visiting it if you’re in Alicante.

This is definitely another spot I will be returning to the next time I visit the city.
