I was recently invited to Pizza Punks in Glasgow City Centre to try their fantastic new lunch menu, priced at just £9.95 and available Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 4 pm.

I couldn’t wait to check it out—my previous visit to Pizza Punks was excellent, so I knew I was in for a treat this time too.

Loaded Garlic Bombs – MAC & CHEESE WITH CANDIED JALAPEÑOS

Another item that immediately caught my eye was the Loaded Garlic Bombs with mac and cheese, candied jalapeños, hot honey, and garlic butter. It sounded absolutely incredible.

When they arrived, they looked really interesting—and once I cut one in half, I could see all the layers inside. It looked amazing, and the aroma was mouthwatering.

With my first bite, I managed to get a bit of everything—and wow, this was seriously addictive. It was packed with flavour: the creamy mac and cheese, the rich parmesan, the buttery garlic… honestly, I could have easily eaten several more.

I’m already looking forward to returning, ordering a pizza, and getting one or two of these as a side. They were that good. At £6 each or four for £20, and with four different flavour options to choose from, it’s a fantastic deal—especially for a lunch menu. As I said, this was absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

Looking at the menu, I was spoiled for choice. There were a few options that caught my eye, but I decided to try something I wouldn’t normally go for—the Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

As I read through the toppings, the garlic mayo, buffalo sauce, and candy jalapeños really stood out, and I couldn’t wait to give it a try.

When the pizza arrived, it looked amazing, and the aroma of the sauce and buffalo chicken hit me right away. I was starving and couldn’t wait to dig in.

With the first bite, I was immediately hit with the tangy buffalo sauce, followed by the creamy garlic mayo, and then the rest of the toppings came through. It was incredibly tasty, and the flavours worked together perfectly.

The buffalo chicken was tender and packed with flavour, and the pizza base was exactly what you’d expect—crispy yet soft. Every mouthful was an explosion of flavour. I’m really glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and chose this over my usual go-to pizza.

Final Thoughts…

Overall, today’s visit was excellent. I really enjoyed my pizza and absolutely loved the Loaded Garlic Bombs.

For a lunch menu, this is outstanding—great value for money and spot on in terms of quality. As mentioned, it’s available Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 4 pm, which makes it perfect for anyone working in the city or popping in for a bit of shopping.

You definitely need to check this out—it’s a fantastic new menu.
