Visit & Vibes

As you probably know by now, I enjoy going on random drives and discovering new places to visit. Today, I found a new spot!

I love visiting farm shops because it’s a great way to support local businesses, and the quality of the products is usually much better. So today, I decided to check out this one.

The atmosphere is really lovely. They have plenty of tables, a charming little shop, and a spacious car park.

Freshly prepared chicken in our own coronation sauce served on Gloagburn toast with farmhouse vegetables & dressed leaves

Since it was lunchtime, I decided to go for the coronation chicken open sandwich, which really stood out to me today.

When it arrived, the presentation was excellent, and the portion size was generous. I couldn’t wait to dig in.

I tried the coronation chicken on its own first, and it was absolutely delicious—really fresh with a lovely hint of grape. Then, I took a bite with a bit of everything, and that’s when it all came together to create the perfect mouthful.

This dish was packed with flavour, full of different textures, and extremely tasty. I enjoyed every bite from start to finish and highly recommend it if you visit!

Overall, I was very impressed with today’s visit, and it’s definitely a place I wouldn’t hesitate to return to if I’m ever in the area again. I’ll definitely stop by to try another dish. It was a lovely lunch with a great atmosphere and good service, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
