Visit & Vibes
Today I was back in the West End with a friend and she fancied checking out La Vita Spuntini.
I have been to this branch before and enjoyed my meal but it was ages ago.
Inside was bigger than I remember, and it now has a similar decor style to their other branches.
Today we were seated upstairs, so seeing what the upstairs looked like was nice.

The Food
Today’s visit was a late lunch, so we didn’t want to have anything too big so we opted to get a small plate each and if we were still hungry after that we could easily order more.
Babe Calzone £6.75
A traditional stone-baked calzone pizzetta, stuffed with black pudding, onions and ham and topped with mozzarella cheese.

This was from the small pizza section, as I was in for a late lunch.
On arrival, this was a really good size for a small pizza, and it looked visually very good.
The aroma was very good, and I cut into the calzone and the aroma just intensified and it smelled very very good.
I took a bite and oh now this was a good calzone! it was packed with flavour, the base? would you call it that? was nice and thin and perfectly cooked.
This was actually very filling and I am glad I didn’t order anything else for lunch, I would easily have this again.

Final Thoughts…
Due to being seated upstairs, the service was a little slow as we were slightly out of sight.
Apart from that I had a nice time, and enjoyed my meal.
