Visit & Vibes

I have been here before and really enjoyed my visit, the weather that day was not too good (heavy rain) but that didn’t spoil my visit.

I said to them I would visit again and today I did that….plus the weather was a lot better.

The Food

I wanted to try something different from my last visit, and this is what stood out for me today.

Wild mushroom pan-fried gnocchi
wild mushroom pan fried gnocchi served with wild mushrooms, spinach and parmesan

On arrival, the presentation of this looked very good, and all the colours worked well together.

The aroma was good, and I could smell the parmesan and mushrooms.

The gnocchi was perfectly cooked and had a nice texture and flavour, mixed with everything it was a really tasty dish.

Each flavour worked well together, and nothing overpowered the other.

I enjoyed this dish from start to finish, and if you visit here I recommend you try this dish.

Salted Chocolate Cake

While I was sitting I spotted the cakes getting smaller and smaller as everyone kept ordering slices, so as soon as I could I put my order in for this one.

On arrival, this was a good-sized slice and looked very very good.

I took a bite and ohh this was good! it was moist, chocolatey and had a nice hint of salt to it….very very very tasty!!!

I loved every bite and I could have easily had another slice but I didn’t want to come over as a pig.

Another one you need to try if you visit here.

Final Thoughts…

It was nice to be back again and on a dry bright day.

Just like my last visit I had a lovely meal and enjoyed my time.
