Visit & Vibes

Tonight I was meeting a friend I had not seen in several months, and we arranged to meet here and have dinner and a catch-up.

The Food

I have been here a few times and tonight I wanted to go for something 100% random.

Salmon Mangalorean £14.50
Scottish salmon cooked in a coconut masala paste and tamarind

The manager here told me a few new dishes since my last visit, and something about this one jumped out at me….so I had to try it.

On arrival, this looked very nice, and the aroma was good too.

Time to dig in…

I plated up and tried the curry on its own, this was nice and creamy and had a nice flavour but the coriander killed the nice flavour slightly for me.

Now with the salmon and everything, the salmon was perfectly cooked it was nice and flaky and had a lovely flavour.

Everything together was very nice and I really enjoyed the dish, and it’s one I would have again but next time I would ask to keep the coriander out as coriander for me is a bit sour.
