
Soya Sauce Yummy Noodles
Great flavour and mega morish!
Equipment
- A Large Wok or Deep Frying Pan
- A Pot
- Colander/Sieve
- A wooden spatula or a wok turner
- Long Tongs
- Chef’s Knife & Cutting Board
Ingredients
Noodle sauce Ingredients
- 250 ml hot water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 5 tbsp Hamadaya soy sauce
- white pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Other Ingredients
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 spring onion chopped or keep as small stocks
- 300 g egg noodles
Instructions
- Make your noodles, following the packets instructions and set aside.

- For the sauce in a bowl add the water, sugar, chicken stock powder, oyster sauce, Hamadaya Soy Sauce, pepper, sesame oil and mix well and set aside.
- Now heat up your wok or pan and add 1tbsp oil (medium to medium high)
- Add your garlic and onions, mix until you smell the fragrance.

- Now add the noodles and mix well and fry for 2 to 3 mins
- Now add your sauce and mix well so all noodles are coated
- Fry until sauce has been reduced
- Plate up and enjoy
