Soya Sauce Yummy Noodles

Equipment

  • A Large Wok or Deep Frying Pan
  • A Pot
  • Colander/Sieve
  • A wooden spatula or a wok turner
  • Long Tongs
  • Chef’s Knife & Cutting Board

Ingredients
  

Noodle sauce Ingredients

  • 250 ml hot water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 5 tbsp Hamadaya soy sauce
  • white pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Other Ingredients

  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 spring onion chopped or keep as small stocks
  • 300 g egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Make your noodles, following the packets instructions and set aside.
  • For the sauce in a bowl add the water, sugar, chicken stock powder, oyster sauce, Hamadaya Soy Sauce, pepper, sesame oil and mix well and set aside.
  • Now heat up your wok or pan and add 1tbsp oil (medium to medium high)
  • Add your garlic and onions, mix until you smell the fragrance.
  • Now add the noodles and mix well and fry for 2 to 3 mins
  • Now add your sauce and mix well so all noodles are coated
  • Fry until sauce has been reduced
  • Plate up and enjoy
