5-Minute Mango Lassi Recipe (Quick & Easy)

A yogurt based mango milkshake or smoothie.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Kitchen Knife Sharp

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Freshly chopped pieces of mango (3 to 4 medium-sized mangoes) 
  • 500 ml Full-fat fresh yoghurt or curd
  • 2-3 tbsp Full-fat cream or Malai
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder (Optional try without first)
  • 5 tbsp Sugar or honey or add as required

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes
  • Pour into individual glasses, and serve.

Notes

The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours
