I was in the mood for some Italian tonight, and I had to go back to Amore as its one of two of my favourite Italian restaurants in Glasgow.

Tonight was so so busy and very loud but this was good as it was a really fun and nice atmosphere.

Food…

I decided to go for the menu deal, where I could get 2 or 3 courses for x cost. Today I opted for 2 courses which were £8.95 plus drinks.

Starter

Nachos Italiano
Nachos topped with bolognese sauce, melted Fior di Latte cheese, and hot jalapeno peppers

I am a big fan of Nachos, so this sounded interesting and I had to try it.

This smelled very nice on arrival, and I couldn’t wait to start.

This was very nice, to be honest, I think the normal way to do Nachos is better but it was nice to try something different.

Main Course

Chicken Burger Milanese
real breaded chicken with a salad topped with cheese & onion on a bun.

This looked good and tasted good, and was very filling.

It wasn’t the best burger I have had, but it was a really good one.

My only issue with this was, there was very little cheese on it so it kind of made it a little dry. If it had an equal amount of cheese on it, it would have been perfect.

Overall

Overall I am glad tonight I tried something different, but I think when I come here I will stick with my Spaghetti Carbonara.
