Porked Knukle with cooked Cabbage 35 Lei
This sounded interesting, and to be honest I didnt know what to expect. A Romanian friend told me I had to try this, if I ever saw it on a menu so today I did.
On arrival first thing to hit me was wow this is a massive portion, but I would have known that if I looked closer at the menu.
Time to try it…
I seperated the jelly part from the meat and started with that, this for me was a little to slimy for me so I stopped and focused on the meat.
The meat was very tender and very nice, but it did need a lot of salt (something I dont tend to add to my meals)

Overall
This was a very filling meal, but I did have to keep adding salt…would I order this again….probably not but it was nice.
