Carla’s Dreams live at Hanger 34 (Liverpool) 2025 : Review

Visit & Vibes

A few years back, I was dating a girl from Romania, and she introduced me to her beautiful country. I visited many stunning places, but another thing that stuck with me was the music I discovered there. Whether it was walking into shops or hearing songs playing in the background, I kept asking, “Who’s this?” and “What song is that?” One of the artists I quickly got hooked on was Carla’s Dreams.

Ever since discovering them, I’ve always wanted to see them live. During my research, I noticed they usually only performed in London. Then one day, I spotted that they were coming to Liverpool. Liverpool is about a three to four-hour drive for me, depending on traffic, but I knew I had to see them at least once, so I booked tickets.

I left my house in the mid-afternoon and arrived just in time for the opening act. I was already buzzing with excitement knowing I was finally about to see these guys after all these years.

The first act was actually someone I had heard of before Satoshi. I knew maybe two or three of his songs, including his latest one, so when he came on stage, and I realised who it was, I thought, “This is a brilliant start!” It was the perfect warm-up for the night.

Finally, Carla’s Dreams came on, and the whole room exploded with energy. The audience was fully involved, the band sounded fantastic, and the performance was everything I hoped for. They even played many of my favourite songs, including Sub Pielea Mea | #Eroina, Pana La Sange and N-Aud

Once the concert finished, it was time for my four-hour drive back home.

Sitting in my car on the way back, I couldn’t stop smiling. I was so glad I finally got to see them live. I enjoyed the concert from start to finish, and if they ever return, I’d happily make the drive again. It was an amazing night, great atmosphere, great music, and such a special moment finally hearing my favourite songs live. I’m really glad I went.
