Visit & Vibes

I was recently invited to come and check this place out, and as a big fan of Indian food, I couldn’t say no.

Upon entering, I was immediately impressed—the interior is absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. I received a very warm welcome and was shown to my table, which was beautifully set.

Pastry parcel stuffed with potato & green peas.

While looking through the menu, several options really stood out to me. However, I decided to go back to basics and try a few dishes I genuinely enjoy, just to see how they were done here.

For my starter, I chose the vegetable samosas. When they arrived, the presentation was lovely—they were a good size, and the aroma was incredible. I couldn’t wait to dig in!

With my first bite, the samosa shell was beautifully crisp and had a lovely flavour. Then I got to the filling—and together, it was absolutely delicious. This was honestly one of the nicest vegetable samosas I’ve had: packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and incredibly moreish.

I could have easily ordered another, but with my main course still to come, I decided to be good. That said, it’s definitely a dish I’ll be having again on my next visit.

Butter Chicken £n/a tonight (normally £18.95)
Chicken tikka cooked in tomato base gravy enriched with butter & fresh cream.

For my main course, there were several dishes I could have gone for—some of them sounded absolutely amazing. But tonight, I decided to go with the classic: butter chicken.

When it arrived, the presentation was lovely, and I had it served with a side of pilau rice.

I tried the chicken first—it was incredibly tender, and paired with the sauce, it was absolutely delicious. Everything you’d expect from a great butter chicken. Combined with the pilau rice, it was full of flavour, rich, and thoroughly satisfying.

This dish was outstanding—creamy, with a perfectly balanced curry flavour, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Every single bite was a delight from start to finish.

Overall, a fantastic meal, service and atmosphere. I enjoyed everything about tonight’s visit, and so glad I found another gem.
