Visit & Vibes
I recently visited Sarti on Bath Street, Glasgow, while catching up with a friend before heading to a show. This was my first time visiting, and since it had been on my list for a while, I was really looking forward to it.
The interior is beautifully designed, and the outdoor seating area looked perfect for a sunny day. As soon as you step inside, you get instant Italian vibes—with shelves of Italian products for sale near the entrance, and a stylish, well-designed dining area towards the back.
I didn’t take any photos as the place was packed, and I know some people aren’t comfortable being in the background of others’ pictures. If you want to see what it looks like inside, I recommend checking out their Instagram or Facebook pages.

Gamberoni alla Griglia £14.50
Five butterflied king prawns flamed with chilli, garlic, parsley and extra virgin olive oil.

For starters, I had a few options in mind, but in the end, I decided to go with this one—and I’m so glad I did. When it arrived, the portion size was generous, and the aroma was absolutely mouthwatering. I couldn’t wait to dig in.
After peeling off the shells, it was time to get stuck in. The king prawns were perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The sauce? Incredible. It was so rich and delicious that I couldn’t resist asking for a slice of bread just to soak up every last drop of that amazing, juicy goodness.
This was a perfect starter—great portion size, packed with flavour, and something I’d definitely order again on my next visit. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of king prawns!

Quattro Formaggi Pizza £14.50
A combination of 4 Italian cheeses.

While browsing the menu for my main, there were so many tempting options—but then this one caught my eye. I hadn’t had a good Quattro Formaggi pizza in a long time, so I knew I had to order it and see how it compared.
When it arrived, the pizza was a great size and the aroma was absolutely incredible. It looked fantastic, and I couldn’t wait to dig in.
After slicing it up, I finally took my first bite—and wow, it did not disappoint. This was finally a proper four-cheese pizza! The base was lovely and thin, and the mix of cheeses was rich and full of flavour. I especially loved that they included a strong cheese—my favourite kind on a pizza like this. Every bite was a joy, and I couldn’t have been happier with it.
If you’re a fan of four-cheese pizzas and bold, strong cheeses, this needs to be your go-to. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had in Glasgow in a long time—highly recommended!

Overall, we had a great catch-up and a fantastic meal. For me, the pizza was the standout tonight, and I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more of their dishes.
