The Visit

Recently, I returned to Bella Vita to celebrate my mum’s birthday with a small dinner. As always, the staff were extremely friendly, making it one of my favourite Italian restaurants. Given how often I come back, it’s probably clear how much I enjoy it.

The Food

Just like last time, the staff went above and beyond by bringing out a few nibbles before we ordered our starters. As you can see, they spoiled us again. The food served before our main course was absolutely amazing.

They brought out a mix of some of the starters available, and each bite was incredible. I still love the Pollo Fritto Picante; it’s definitely one of my favourites. If you visit, be sure to try it. You will not be disappointed. It’s extremely moreish.

The Food

I had recently had a few pizzas and other items, so on this visit, I decided to try the penne pasta. I think I’ve had this before and enjoyed it, so I decided to order it again.

Upon arrival, the aroma was amazing. The portion size was generous, and I couldn’t wait to dig in.

The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavour was incredible. The Italian sausage, along with the peppers and sauce, made the dish extremely tasty. I would highly recommend it. If you’re worried that it might be too spicy because it mentions chilli, don’t be. There wasn’t much heat; it just had a really, really nice flavour.

Chocolate Ice-cream

I can’t remember if it was the last time or the time before that when I visited here and tried their ice cream. I really enjoyed it because it was excellent. So, I decided to opt for the ice cream again today.

Upon arrival, the presentation was nice. I know it’s a bit boring, but I chose just chocolate ice cream because chocolate is my favourite. From start to finish, it was amazing—so good. Lovely flavour and really good ice cream. Highly recommended if you’re an ice cream fan.

Final Thoughts…

Tonight, just like on previous visits, was a really nice evening. The staff, atmosphere, and food were perfect. My mother enjoyed the evening as well and had a lovely birthday meal.
