About
Located in the city centre of Glasgow, we’re perfectly located for quick office lunches, walk-in lunches or taking some Bing Bang Bosh away with you! We like to think we have the best Korean street food in a cup and we can’t wait for you to try our choice of vibrant cups and more!
Visit & Vibes
The guys at Bing Bang Bosh initially invited me to their opening evening, but that was the same day as my father’s birthday so they kindly allowed me to pop back later….which was today.
I didn’t know what to expect at today’s visit, as I missed all the promo due to me being out that night and busy that weekend so I was looking forward to the surprise.

On arrival, they had seats outside, which was perfect as the weather right now was amazing.
Inside was very bright and nice, and very very clean.
I spotted on the board behind the counter they did corndogs, so I decided to go for one and something else.

The Food
As soon as I spotted the corndog I had to try it, I have had a few corndogs in the past and even made my own so I had to see how they did it here.
Cheese & Sausage Corndog £na today (normally £5.20)
Hotdog coated in a crispy cornmeal crust.

This looked very good and had a very very good aroma.
I opted for the one with cheese, as I asked a member of staff to suggest one for me.
I took a bite and oh now this was good! the texture was nice and it had a slight crispness to it, this was followed by the outer sauce, and then I got a lot of cheese.
It wasn’t till I took maybe 3 bites then I found no cheese and the sausage…I am guessing the cheese is just at the top.
The sausage had a really nice taste to it, and with the coating and the outer sauces, this was very good!
Personally, I would have liked it to have cheese all around the sausage rather than just the top, but as I said this was very nice.

Tteok-Bokki £n/a today (normally £5.90)
Fried spicy rice cake, sweet and spicy sauce

Along with my corndog I didn’t know what to order so I chose the first thing that caught my eye which was this.
On arrival, this didn’t look like I had imagined it would, as I saw rice cake and thought of something crispy but I am always up for being surprised.
The aroma from this was nice, and I looked forward to digging in.
I took a bite and the texture was very different to what I expected, it was a little rubbery but slightly stuck to my teeth…then the kick hit me wow followed by the flavour which was very nice.
For me this dish was just ok, the kick was a bit much for me but it was ok.

Final Thoughts…
Firstly a big thanks to the guys at Bing Bang Bosh for my invite, and for today’s food.
It’s great to see a new place open in Glasgow as it gives everyone more options and also its something new to check out.
Today I had a nice lunch and enjoyed my corndog though the other dish had too much of a kick for my personal taste but if you like a kick am sure you would love it.
Check them out and let me know what you think.
