Steak Lounge and Grill (Glasgow Quay) 2023 : Review

Visit & Vibes

I have heard good things about it here, so I added it to my list.

I am not a big steak fan as any time I have had one, I have been chewing the first bite for ages then got bored and didn’t enjoy the meals so I always opt for burgers over steak.

I spotted they did burgers so I had to check them out, and then on my next visit a steak.

The Food

I knew I should really do steak tonight, but I wanted my first experience here to be good so that’s why I stuck with ordering a burger.

The Angus Beef £14.00
Served in a brioche bun, with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese

I added some Caramelised onions for £1.50

On arrival this looked nice, the burger was an ok size and came with a good portion of fries.

I tried the fries first and they were nicely cooked and didn’t need any extra salting which for me is always a win.

I took a big bite of the burger…this was a nice burger and the flavours were good when everything was combined. I tried the burger patty on its own and it had a nice flavour and cooked perfectly.

Overall it was a nice burger.

Final Thoughts…

Overall my first visit was just ok, the burger was nice but I did expect a little better.

On my next visit I will try a steak and see if here can change my mind about steaks, so keep watching for that post.
