I have a new love for finding new places, more so Farm Shops as they are always in lovely areas and filled with amazing products.

Today I was checking here out, I have never heard about here so everything would be a nice surprise.

On entering you are greeted with loads of amazing fresh fruits and veg, then a good mix of everything else.

Every product looked really good, and there were some brand names I recognised.

I love supporting places, so I spotted a few items and filled my basket, and purchased them.

After some light shopping I was hungry so it was time to check out the restaurant here.

I had no idea what to order as a few dishes sounded really good, so I decided to try the fish and chips here.

Smiddy Fish and Chips £11.95
Served with peas, homemade tarter sauce, and a salad garnish.

On arrival, this was a BIG portion! and hiding under the fish was loads more chips!

I had wanted to try a cake after this, but I thought let’s see how I feel after all this.

I started with the chips, they were lovely in flavour and didn’t require any salting which for me is always a win.

Now the fish…

The better was lovely and thin but had a nice crispness to it, the fish was perfectly cooked and lovely and flaky.

This was a very good choice and one that was VERY filling.

I can’t wait to go back and check out some more products, and also some more dishes and cakes.
