My Visit

Visit & Vibes
I love a wee drive, and my last drive to Inveraray was an interesting one.
While I was walking about I spotted Ocho and added it to my list to visit when I next came back to Inveraray.
On entering I don’t know why but I thought the inside would be very rustic, but it’s a lovely cosy bright decor so much nicer than what I had thought it would look like.

The Food
I had no idea what to order as a few dishes sounded really good, but the Mac n Cheese jumped out at me.
I have not had mac n cheese for a while, and this sounded really good so I had to check it out.
Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Garlic Sourdough £14.00
Blue, Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese / Herby Pangratatta

On arrival, this looked soooooo good and I couldn’t wait to dig right.
The aroma from this was amazing! and visually the presentation was really good.
I tried the bread first which for me was nice, but a slightly stronger garlic would have been better but that’s a personal preference.
Now on to the mac n cheese…
I took a bite and WOW this was perfectly cooked and mega-packed with amazing flavour. All 3 cheeses worked perfectly together and I was in heaven, this really was so so good!
I highly recommend you check this out if you are a mac n cheese fan!!!

Final Thoughts…
I love the drive to Inveraray, and it’s a love wee place to walk about.
I am very glad I came back to try Ocho as I had a very relaxing time and a great meal.
I am adding here to my top spots as it’s the best mac n cheese I’ve had in a long long time.
