Todays Visit

I took a wee drive up just to have a wander about and window shop, and with all the window shopping I built up an appetite and needed to grab some food.

I have not been to Stack and Still for a while so I thought it was time to pop in again.

The Food

I have been to the Stack and Still in Glasgow Centre, but it was ages ago and I remembered what I had to I wanted to try something very different today.

DONER KEBAB STACK Double £12.00
Buttermilk Stack • Lamb Doner Meat • Hummous • Slaw • Pickled Onion • Feta • Minted Yoghurt • Spicy Relish

For some reason this option sounded very good and was the one that instantly jumped out at me, so I had to order and give it a shot.

I ordered the double thinking single wouldn’t be too filling….I should have stuck to a single as a double was soooo filling.

Visually this looked very interesting, and smelled very good so it was time to dig in and check it out.

At first I was like hmm this does and doesn’t work but then it all just worked and worked very nice, and I took another bite and yeah it was very very good.

I loved how all the flavours just worked with each other to give you the perfect bite each time.

As I said I did order the double and I was very full come the end of this, so next time I will go with a single…but it depends how hungry you are maybe the double would be good for you?

Today was really nice, I was very relaxed and enjoyed the food.

All the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. I will order something else next time I visit and see what the other dishes are like.
