The Boat House (Dunoon) 2022 : Review

Todays Visit

Today was my parents anniversary and I wanted to take them a wee drive, we stopped at Rest and Be Thankful and then continued on to Dunoon.

My grandpa used to come here a lot when he worked, sand I had never seen Dunoon so we all took a wee drive.

I had just set my satnav to here as I heard a few people talk about it, so I had to check it out.

I had no idea what to order, but a toastie sounded good.

Tuna Mayo Toastie £4.80
Served with nachos or salad garnish

On arrival this looked nice, I did order with Nachos as the description did say “or” but both sides came with it.

I opted from brown bread, and took a bite.

As you would expect it was very nice, the flavour of the tuna mayo was very nice and it was toasted just right.

Overall it was nice, and filled a space.

Oreo Cookie Milkshake £4.00

I felt like having a milkshake as it has been ages since my last.

I saw they did different ones on the menu, but the Oreo Cookie one stood out for me.

On arrival this looked very good, and I couldn’t wait to try it.

This was very nice! it had great flavour and a good thickness to it and I could have easily had many of these.

Overall todays visit here was nice.

The place was very clean amd food was very good.

Unfortunately Dunoon didn’t have too much so I would only return here if I was passing through but do check it out if your in the area.
