Tennent’s ZERO Non-Alcoholic 0% Beer: Review

I was lucky enough to be sent some of Tennent’s new zero alcohol beer, plus two lovely massive glasses.

I have tried many zero alcohol beers and to be honest, there isn’t really many that are good. I have two favourites, so would this one make it to my top 3?

About Tennents Zero

Our all new, refreshing 0.0% lager. The Brewing Team at Wellpark have worked tirelessly to perfect this new recipe; brewed using fresh highland water from Loch Katrine and the finest hops and Scottish barley to give it the same great flavor profile as Tennent’s Lager.

The Beer

I popped the can into chill and to have when I was having my dinner.

Let’s start with the can, It’s a really nice colour of blue and the red T stands out and am sure a lot of people will know the brand instantly from that.

The text ZERO is also something that stands out, and you instantly know it will be zero percent alcohol from that.

Now on to the taste.

I cracked it open, and poured it in to one of my new Tennent’s glasses.

Visually you wouldn’t know the difference, as its the same nice golden colour you’re used to and has a nice head on top.

The taste is not hoppy its more a barley flavour, and that is the main flavour that comes through. It is very refreshing, and nice and light and I enjoyed it from first sip to last.

Overall

Does this get on my top non alcoholic beer list? my list was top 2 now I am happy to extend that to top 3!

If you are looking for an alcoholic beer then this is one for you!
