TFI Munchy Sweet Box Delivery : Review

I have followed Taste Irvine on Instagram for a while, as I have wanted to take a drive and have a meal….then Covid happened and I haven’t managed.

The guys noticed I liked my sweets, and mentioned they have started a sweets section to their business and they were doing munchy boxes which tickled my taste buds.

I took a look at their sweets Instagram account @taste_factory_inc and spotted a box called TFI box which was £15 and placed my order.

The TFI Munchy Box

The Goodies

This looked a great box and I spotted a few that I really couldn’t wait to eat.

Gatorade : Orange

This was my first time trying Gatorade, I have heard of the brand but never tried so this was exciting.

I chilled this and lucky it was a nice evening so I took it outside and enjoyed the sun.

This had a subtle orange taste, but surprisingly refreshing. I don’t know what I could compare it to, I liked this and could easily drink it again.

Herr’s Carolina Reaper flavoured Cheese Curls

This was one of the products that stood out for me, as I was interested to see how HOT these were.

I am not good with spicy foods, so HOT crisps can be hit or miss. I have had some hot crisps in the past that just had a slightly kick, and others where my mouth was on fire but for a few seconds.

I smelled these to start with and wow they had a lovely smell, now taste time.

To start with they had a lovely taste, then BANG! what a kick! and it continued for me for a good few seconds. I decided to be brave and eat a few at once, BANG this kick lasted for much longer.

Overall these were really nice and I did enjoy them but I am sitting on the fence due to the kick for me. If you like spicy crisps, or fancy trying them then do check out Taste Irvine and get yourself a box.

Snickers : Crunchy Peanut Butter

Since learning I am ok with peanuts I have been going crazy trying different products, and this was another one that stood out for me.

I have never seen this in any of the shops I have been in, is it new? or is it only one you can get from Taste Irvine?

Taste time..

This is split in to two small bars, so I took a bit and mmmm AMAZING!! this was so tasty! The flavour of the peanut butter, the gooey centre everything really was perfect.

This was finished fast and one I will 100% be buying if I see this again.

M&M : Fudge Brownie

I love M&Ms from the chocolate to their products in their shop, so I was very happy to see these as this one is a new one for me.

After biting half of one for a photo, I took a few and enjoyed.

These were soo good, they were just as you would expect from M&Ms. A good crunch and tasty filling.

I am now deciding if these are now in first place or is crispy still winning hmm not sure I can decide.

Goobers : Milk Chocolate Dry Roasted Peanuts

I have never tried or heard of Goobers, so this was a great treat for me as I love trying new things.

These for me were nice, but the roasted flavour came over more than the chocolate but that’s me being fussy. They were very nice, and finished the day they were open…that tells you how nice they were 🙂

Hostess : Twinkies

I was introduced to Twinkies on my first visit to New York, they are the perfect combination of cake and cream and sweetness.

These were no different, finished in one sitting.

These for me could become so addictive and I could probably eat many in one sitting.

Jolly Rancher : Sour Surge

Now here is a name that I haven’t heard in a while, and a new product for me.

Sour candy can be hit and miss for some people, we know we kinda don’t like it but we still reach in for more….or is that just me?

These brought back memories of childhood for me, the flavours the centre and the memories made me enjoy these much much more.

I went easy on this bag, as I knew I had more stuff to try so I had to leave room.

Laffy Taffy : 2 Flavour Mystery Swirl

Firstly this is a hard product to take a photo off, its sooo long.

I haven’t heard of this before, but it said its got 2 flavours that are going to be a mystery so it was time to unwrap and taste.

This was nice and chewy, and the two flavours I got lime and something else I couldn’t put my finger on it but they worked very well together for the overall flavour.

Due to its size, I left half for another day.

The Original : Chocolate Cookie Dough Bites

Before opening this, I instantly knew this would be amazing…come on!! cookie dough!!!

I love cookie dough, warm or cold like this and could easily just keep eating it as its soo good and hits the right spot.

YUM YUM and even more YUM!!!! I could have easily had another 3 packets of these. They were sweet, chocolaty and extremely moreish!

Jolly Rancher : Watermelon Lollipop

This one I didn’t try, as I am not a watermelon flavour fan or watermelon fan so I gave this one to my dad.

My dad described it was “your typical lollipop but with a slightly sour watermelon taste.”

If your a watermelon fan am sure you would like this.

He finished it and said a 4 out of 5 for him.

Laffy Taffy : Banana Flavoured Taffie

Chewy banana flavour treat, that sums it up perfectly.

The flavour was nice and not that fake overpowering banana, it was chewy which is always good and yeah I really liked it.

Airheads : Green Apple & Blue Raspberry

Now here is a name I have not seen in a long time, I instantly thought of school and college years when I saw these.

Lets start wit the Green Apple, its a nice subtle slightly sour apple flavour but if your like me transports you back to when you were a kid…the texture and flavour.

The Blue Raspberry was the same as the Green Apple, but not a flavour I would normally go for.

My Rating :

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Overall :

I am so glad I ordered this, as I enjoyed 99% of this box.

I also tried a few new products that I might never have been able to try or buy to try.

If you have a sweet tooth like me, or like what you saw in this review please do check these guys out and treat yourself to a munchy box…oh I should say they also do bigger ones than the one I got.
