Today I took a drive down to Balloch to get some fresh air, and a late lunch come dinner.
I have visited Balloch many times, and I needed to clear my head and eat.
The Food
I have never been in here for food before, only coffee’s so it was going to be interesting to see how good the menu is.
Main Course :
Smoky Joe Burger £12.99
Beef chunk & brisket burger topped with slow cooked beef in a smoky sweet BBQ sauce, melted cheese slice and crispy streaky bacon.
Wow this was a big portion, and the smell was amazing…time to dig in.
I started with the burger, this had a very interesting but nice taste. Every bite was really nice, and the burger was very tender.
The chips were nice and crispy and had a nice taste, unfortunately they were just warm and no more so by the time I was finished my burger the chips were cold but it didn’t bother me too much.
