I was recently invited along to the opening of Tariq Halal Meats in Glasgow, marking a huge moment for the brand as this is their first-ever branch in Scotland, officially opening its doors on 17th December.

From the moment you step inside, it’s clear this is no small local shop, the store is absolutely massive and very well laid out, making it easy to browse despite the huge selection on offer.

They’re also making history by being the first store in Scotland to stock Gold Steak cuts and Wagyu beef, which is a massive win for anyone looking for something a bit more premium.
