Visit & Vibes

Today we visited Glasgow Fort for some shopping and food, I have been here a few times and enjoyed my day here.

It was either a pizza or a burger and because I had a pizza two days ago I opted for a burger and headed back to my favorite restaurant here Montgomery Jacks.

The Food

I tried to think what I have had here in the past but my mind was blank, so I just decided to go with whatever stood out for me.

Buffalo Bill Chicken Burger £14.45
Chicken burger, blue cheese, mayo, and buffalo hot sauce.

I decided to go for a chicken burger and this one stood out for me as it had blue cheese, and I am a big blue cheese fan.

On arrival the presentation was nice and the portion size as you can see was really good.

I grabbed the burger and the aroma was very good, so all that was left to do was take a big bite.

I think I got a bit that had a lot of hot sauce as wow what a kick, but then after that it calmed down. The flavor of the burger, cheese, and sauce was so good it was a perfect combination.

The chicken burger was cooked perfectly and was nice and tender.

Overall I really enjoyed this burger and one I would happily have again, if you like blue cheese and a wee kick then this one is for you.

Florida key lime pie with liquid Belgian milk chocolate churn

There is always room for something sweet, and this dish caught my eye at the very start so I had to order it.

On arrival, this looked very good, and I loved it came with a small dish of melted chocolate….perfect for my sweet tooth.

I took a bite and ohh this was so so good! it had great textures, and flavours and was the perfect amount of sweetness.

As you probably guessed this was 100% finished and so was the melted chocolate that came with it….is it bad that I could have easily had a second serving?

Final Thoughts…

Tonight we all had a nice meal and enjoyed our time in the restaurant.

I am glad I tried something new…I think it was….I enjoyed my burger and my dessert.
