Visit & Vibes

The guys at Vinnies invited me to their pre-launch night, to come and check out their pizzas.

They officially open on the 1st of March 2023, so if you like what you see and also stay near check them out.

The Food

I got shown the menu and have to admit, this is a very varied menu.

Two pizzas stood out for me tonight, so that’s what I ordered.

10″ Meat the Parents
Roasted chicken, mince, pepperoni and extra melted cheese

I didn’t see how this looked till I got home, placed it on the kitchen surface, and opened the box.

On opening, I was hit with a very good aroma, and this visually looked mega tasty.

After a few snaps, it was time to dig in and see how this tastes.

The base was nice and thin and perfectly cooked, and it also had a nice crust to it. The topping was really tasty, every element worked well together and created a really tasty bite.

Of the two pizzas I got tonight, this one was my favorite as it had a much better flavor profile for my taste.

10″ Cali-Burger Pizza
Grounded mince, avocado, chopped tomatoes, Mozzarella and hot sauce

Again I didn’t see how this looked till I got home and opened up the pizza box.

On opening again the aroma hit me, and it was very good and visually this looked ok.

Time to dig in and check how this one tasted.

The flavors for me for this pizza were nice, the mince just came through and the same with the hot sauce.

The flavors were nicely balanced, and again a nicely cooked base and crust.

Final Thoughts…

Firstly a big thanks to the guys at Vinnies for my invite, and for the pizzas.

Both pizzas were very nice, but the first one was my favorite. They did other ones that sounded good, so when I visit again I will try more.
