Visit & Vibes

I used to visit Troon loads then I started exploring, so today I decided to take a wee drive to Troon and have some lunch and a wee walk along the beach promenade.

I had spotted this place on my maps app, and that they did lunch so I set it as my destination.

I have never been to this hotel, so I was looking forward to checking it out.

I spotted a wedding today which looked really nice, and I hope the couple have a wonderful life together.

The Food

I haven’t had Croque Monsieur for a while so when I saw it I had to order it for my lunch today.

and french fries

I have noticed that anywhere I order this from they always do a completely different presentation, this is fine for me as long as it tastes good.

I was hungry after my wee drive so it was time to dig right in.

As you can see the presentation of the taste was more like french toast, whereas others have cheese on top and grilled with a chef’s blow torch.

I wouldn’t say it was the best Croque Monsieur I have had but it was nice.

The french fries were really good!! and perfectly cooked.

Overall this was a nice lunch, it was tasty and filled a spot so I was ready for my wee beach walk.
