The Visit

The guys at Slouch invited me to come and check out their new menu, I accepted and we set a date.

I have been in Slouch years ago, but it was only for drinks.

More recently a friend was there and I couldn’t check it out as I had covid so tonight’s visit I was really looking forward to.

The Food

The new menu is for Lunch and also Evening, and due to me working I booked for an evening visit.

I had recently had a beef burger so I opted for the chicken burger tonight.

From the description this sounded very nice, so I couldn’t wait to see how it looked and also try it.

On arrival this looked nice, but the aroma from the burger was so so good!

I started with the chips, and I love skinny fries they are always a win for me. They were perfectly cooked and didn’t require any salting…very nice

Now on to the burger!

I took a big bite and I was instantly hit by the lovely tender chicken, followed by the amazing flavour of the sauce/coating! this was super tasty! Every bite was packed with flavour from start to finish.

Firstly a big thanks to Slouch for my invite, and as always the review you have just read is a 100% honest review of the night and has not been influenced in anyway due to it being an invite.

Tonight was very good, I loved the burger and I look forward to returning soon to check out another new item from their lunch or evening menu.
