Todays Visit

I wanted a wee drive and today I opted to visit here again, and check out something else from their menu.

Toasted sourdough, buffalo mozzarella, San Daniele ham, rocket, balsamic onions, olive oil

I wanted to try something different today even though I really liked what I had on my last visit.

I opted for this as it sounded nice, and couldn’t wait to see how it looked and also check out how it tasted.

I took a bite which had everything on it, and it was nice but not wow which I was hoping.

It had a very light flavour and the onions did set it off long with the ham but flavour wise it was a little bland.

Don’t get me wrong it was nice, but I had hoped to have a little more flavour.

I think I will try something again next visit, but I still really liked what I lad last visit.

Red Velvet Cookie £3.50

I needed something sweet and I spotted this on my way in and had to order it.

After a wee wait from ordering till arrival, I couldn’t wait to try this.

This was perfectly baked, it was soft, slightly gooey and had a great flavour and I could have easily had two.

If on my next visit this is still on the menu, I will be getting this again.

Today was a nice day, and I enjoyed the drive here.

Food wise was 50/50 for me the sandwich was a little bland but the cookie made up for it.

Service again was not great, they were a bit busy sand I think understaffed so I will leave that there.

Overall I would like to try something else next visit but that cookie is now a must when I return.
