Japanese Beef Bowl with Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce

A quick and easy recipe using Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce

Equipment

  • A Frying Pan or Medium Skillet/Pan
  • A Rice Cooker or Small Saucepan (with a lid)
  • A Spatula
  • A Sharp Chef’s Knife
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g thinly sliced beef
  • 1 white onion sliced
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • Small amount of pickled red ginger
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan with sliced onions until tender
  • Add sliced beef, Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce and water to simmer for a few minutes till cooked and the sauce has reduced enough.
  • Serve the beef and onions over rice and garnish with the red ginger
