
Japanese Beef Bowl with Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce
A quick and easy recipe using Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce
Equipment
- A Frying Pan or Medium Skillet/Pan
- A Rice Cooker or Small Saucepan (with a lid)
- A Spatula
- A Sharp Chef’s Knife
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
Ingredients
- 300 g thinly sliced beef
- 1 white onion sliced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- Small amount of pickled red ginger
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan with sliced onions until tender
- Add sliced beef, Dai Aso Gyudon Sauce and water to simmer for a few minutes till cooked and the sauce has reduced enough.

- Serve the beef and onions over rice and garnish with the red ginger
