If you haven’t been following my blog, for the past year and a half I’ve been renovating my new house. It was a major project—essentially a complete transformation. I knocked down walls, laid new flooring, installed a brand-new kitchen, relocated pipes, and added a new bathroom, among many other updates. Throughout this process, I made a point of gradually purchasing various items each month so that by the time the renovation was finished, my house was fully equipped and move-in ready.
