 I recently visited Great Western Road to order a splashback for my kitchen. Next door, I stumbled upon a place called Casa, which I had never been to before. Glancing at the menu, I found it intriguing, and upon entering, I was impressed by its appealing ambience. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try.

Inside, the decor was exceptionally well done, boasting a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and promptly escorted me to my table. The restaurant was bustling, which is why I couldn’t capture more photos. However, I’m certain you can find additional interior shots on our Facebook or Instagram pages.

The Food

For lunch, I opted for the Eggs Benedict. Upon placing my order, I faced a wait of at least 35 to 40 minutes, likely due to the bustling atmosphere of the place. Although I found the wait a bit lengthy, I appreciated the assurance that everything was cooked fresh, which is my preference.

Upon its arrival, I was pleased that I had waited for this length of time.

This Eggs Benedict stands out as one of the finest I’ve had in a very long time. The flavour was exquisite; it didn’t even require the chives garnish, which seemed more for presentation. However, the combination of flavours was simply superb.

The hash brown base was extraordinary. It was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. I’m unsure of their preparation technique, but I would return just for another taste of that base alone—it was that good.

Despite the delay, I couldn’t find fault with it; it was truly outstanding. For any Eggs Benedict enthusiast, this is a must-try experience. I left thoroughly satisfied and would eagerly return for it again without hesitation.
