Todays Visit
The guys over at NYC Bar and Grill invited me to come along and check out their Tuesday Wings night.
Every Tuesday is Wings night and they do a great deal
£3.00 for 10 wings, 1 flavour per 10 wings
How good is that!! I had to accept and visited.

The Wings
I wanted to try a few flavours so I chose the following:
K-Pop
Our Korean-inspired sauce with bold flavours of gochujang, soy, garlic and ginger
I was told that K-Pop was one of the favourites here so I had to order it to check it out for myself.
On arrival, this visually looked very good as you can see by the photos, and the aroma was mmmm so good!
I took a bite and instantly fell in love! the flavours were amazing! and this is one I could easily have had more and more and more off tonight….so I know on my return I will be getting these again.
As the description says it is packed with bold flavours and you do get that hint of soy coming through but mmmm
1000% the winner tonight out of all the wings I choose!

Rooster Rojo
Smoked chipotle, Rooster Rojo tequila and lime
Another one recommended tonight was the Rooster Rojo, and I was told it packed a little kick which is good as I ant handle big kicks….yet still working on that)
On arrival, these looked very good and had a good aroma.
I took a bit and mmm the flavour came over first, the lovely smoked chipotle and then rounded off with a lime hint then the wee kick.
I continued and got the same flavours plus that kick…
The kick continues for the whole dish and lasted just a little after I finished this.
This was nice, and one that would be perfect with a good beer.

Hickory Smoked Bar-B-Que
Smokey Bar-B-Que flavour for all y’all
Yip had to try the classic and always much-loved BBQ flavour.
The first that hit me was the aroma, this was the wonderful Smokey BBQ smell and I couldn’t wait to dig right in.
This was as good as you would expect it to be, tender chicken with great BBQ flavour.

Salt ‘n’ Chilli
Our first dry rub. Full of flavour. Highly addictive!!
I love a good Salt n chilli anything these days, so this one was a MUST to try out.
Visually these looked ok, but it wasn’t till I took a bite that’s when the magic happened.
These were mega addictive!
They had a great flavour, and tender chicken and I could have easily had loads more of these too.

NUCLEAR MOJITO £n/a (normally £8.50/£14)
Wray & Nephew Rum, Green Chartreuse Liqueur, sugar, lemon, lime, mint & apple
It would be cheeky not to try a cocktail while I was here, so I spotted this one and placed an order.
I like a mojito so a Nuclear one should be much better. well, it was time to taste it and find out.
I took a sip and WOW this was goooood! The rum came through to start with followed by the lime then mint and rounded off very nicely.
This was really so so good! if you like mojitos you will LOVE this so get yourself into NYC Bar and Grill and give it a shot!!!

Firstly a big thanks to the guys at NYC Bar and Grill, I loved the wings and have no issues adding you guys to my top spots page.
Just like always just because this was an invite, the above review is a 100% honest review of the night and my thoughts.
I will return to check out more of their wings and some items from their main menu soon.
