Todays Visit
A friend recently told me about the lighthouse here and it looked really nice from all the photos I checked on Google.
Today I took a drive from Glasgow all the way down to check it out, and the first stop before exploring was to have a spot of lunch this Cafe is right next to the Lighthouse.
The above photo was my view at lunch, how nice is that and more so on a clear day.

The Food
They had a menu board behind where you order and it was packed! nobody could say they didn’t have something for them as they did LOADS!!
Goats Cheese Burger £7.25
I felt like a burger today, and something BIG after my long drive so this is what I ordered.
It didn’t come with any chips, so if you do want some be sure to add them to your order.
I added some of the lettuce leaves to the burger and took a bite, ohh this was a VERY tasty burger!
The topping added to the really good burger, and I could have easily had another it was that good!.

Cream Egg Cheesecake £3.65
As your next to the till, these were on display and looked very nice and sound very nice….so I had to get one.
I took a bite…this was a nice cheesecake but the only cream egg taste was from the actual cream egg part that was on top.
The base was nice and the cheesecake was nice, but I would have likde a more creme egg taste but that’s a personal thing.

I am glad I came down here today, this was a very nice cafe and as I said they offered a massive selection to eat.
Todays food was really good, I loved the burger and would happily have it again. That mixed with the amazing views it was a great lunch.
