Visit & Vibes

The guys at Fratellos Takeaway sent me a wee ping and asked me if I would like to come and check them out, I said yes and we set a date.⁣⁣

It’s always nice to see new places open, and also local places as there are too many places shut these days.

The Food

I didn’t really know what to get tonight, and since it was Italian I had to get a pizza and see how they do theirs.

Pizza quattro formaggi £n/a tonight (Normally £6,£8 or £12)
Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Blue Cheese, Cheddar Cheese & Parmesan Cheese

I saw they did this pizza and I had to get it, as the last time I had one was ages ago in the UK and ages ago in Italy and it’s one of my fav pizzas to get.

On my drive home, my car smelled amazing, and it was making me more and more hungry.

As soon as I got home I took all the snaps I needed and dug right in.

The base was lovely and thin, and the whole pizza was very very good! I loved every bit and it took me back to being in Italy.

The blue cheese for me on this pizza is bliss! it just makes this pizza very nice for me and as I said its so so so good!

Focaccia 12” with Rosemary⁣⁣ £n/a tonight (normally 5.50)

Another item I got tonight was Focaccia.

Again the drive home for me was making me hungry as all I could smell was the pizza and this.

On opening the box the aroma hit me and it was so so good! my mouth started to water….after all the needed pics I dug right in.

This was very nice, it had a great flavour and the base was lovely and thin.

If I was being fussy and this is a personal thing, a wee touch of salt over the top would have set this right off…but as I said that’s a personal thing.

Overall this was very nice and another item I would happily have again.

Final Thoughts…

Firstly a big thanks to the guys at Fratellos Takeaway for my invite.

I was very impressed with tonight’s food, more so the pizza as that really was a very very good pizza.

I will be heading back soon to try another pizza from them so keep watching for my thoughts on that visit.
