Visit & Vibes

I was recently invited to check out their Stirling branch. Stirling isn’t a place I visit often, and I didn’t even realize they had a location here, so it was great to discover something new, take a drive, and explore the area.

The interior is designed much like their other branches, with that cosy, warm vibe you’d expect from them. I couldn’t wait to sit down, browse the menu, and see what I’d be ordering for the evening.

To start, I opted for the smoky barbecue pork and cheese fries. When they arrived, they looked fantastic, and the aroma was absolutely mouthwatering.

I dug right in, making sure to get a bit of everything, and they were incredible.

The barbecue pulled pork was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth, while the cheese added a wonderful extra layer of flavour. Combined with the fries, it made for a truly delicious dish. I’m really glad I ordered it, as I enjoyed every bite from start to finish.

BUFFALO BILL • £12.50 NEW
Chicken burger, blue cheese mayo and buffalo hot sauce

For my main, I wanted to try something different from my last visit to one of their branches. I noticed they had a new chicken burger on the menu—the Buffalo Bill served with blue cheese and buffalo hot sauce. It immediately caught my eye, and I knew I had to order it.

The burgers don’t come with fries, and I was asked if I wanted some, but since I’d already had the loaded fries, I decided to pass.

When it arrived, the presentation was really funky, and it looked fantastic. I couldn’t wait to take a big bite.

As soon as I did, I was hit with incredible flavours. I absolutely loved the blue cheese, especially as a big fan of it. The chicken burger was perfectly cooked, and crispy on the outside, and all the elements together made for an extremely tasty burger. I’m really glad I ordered it, as I thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

As I mentioned, this burger was amazing, and I could have easily had another if I weren’t starting to feel full. If you’re a blue cheese fan, I highly recommend giving this a try.

Sweet Treats

After finishing the main course and loaded fries, the waiter mentioned they had a treat for me, and they definitely knew I had a sweet tooth. They brought out two massive, incredible doughnuts—one was an Oreo donut with a delicious grey filling, and the other was a Jammy Dodger donut with a strawberry filling, served with a side of ice cream.

Both doughnuts were absolutely amazing and satisfied my sweet tooth perfectly. The flavors of each were fantastic, and I honestly couldn’t find any faults. If you’ve got a sweet tooth like me, this was pure bliss!

Final Thoughts…

First, a massive thanks to the team for inviting me. I’m so glad I visited tonight, as I had an amazing time and a fantastic meal.

I couldn’t fault anything about the dishes—they were packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and, as I mentioned, incredibly moreish. For me, the standout dishes were the chicken burger (I absolutely loved that blue cheese sauce!) and, of course, the desserts they brought out—since you know I have a sweet tooth.
