Caerlaverock Castle, Dumfries Scotland VLOG

If you don’t know me by now I like going drives, and I recently wanted to check out another castle so I looked for one within the 2 hours drive mark and this popped up.

When I saw it was a triangular-shaped castle, I had to visit so I set my satnav and took a drive.

Caerlaverock Castle is a moated triangular castle first built in the 13th century. It is located on the southern coast of Scotland, eleven kilometres south of Dumfries, on the edge of the Caerlaverock National Nature Reserve.
