Priced at £90 per person for three courses, with children under twelve priced at £12.95 each, the Christmas Day Dinner begins with a starter choice of cream of woodland mushroom soup, terrine of chicken, truffle & chestnut, or smoked salmon, crab & avocado parcel.

For main course, choose from medallions of scotch beef fillet, with slow braised beef cheek, and a Stornoway Black Pudding bridie, or, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, a roast pumpkin, cauliflower and chestnut pie on a butternut squash puree.  

Lovers of roast turkey, with all the trimmings, won’t be in any way disappointed, with the popular festive bird served with chestnut stuffing, bacon chipolatas and a rich roast gravy.

With Christmas Day a day of indulgence, a delicious dessert is an essential. Horizons selection offers traditional Christmas Pudding served with vanilla pod ice cream & brandy custard, a white chocolate & and raspberry trifle tart, with amaretto ice cream – Horizons take on a traditional trifle – and a sticky toffee pudding cheesecake with salted caramel ice cream.  This is another clever dessert which combines two popular desserts – sticky toffee pudding & cheesecake – in one.
