Cove Harbour, East Coast of Scotland VLOG

After my drive to Dunbar we continued on to The Cove Harbour, this was another stop that I heard a few people talk about so now it was time I took a visit.

You know me, I couldn’t just stop after a burger! You know me, I couldn’t just stop after a burger! A quick glance at the stunning display counter at Lucky’s Diner (@luckysdiner) on Paisley Road West confirmed my decision: I needed dessert.

I’m a self-confessed cookie dough addict, I could honestly eat it every single day and never get bored, so I had high standards. I went with the Mini Egg Crunch cookie dough, and I am so glad I did.

When it arrived, it was a very generous portion. Hot, molten cookie dough and whole Mini Eggs peeking out from the rich dough. It looked incredible.

Every spoonful was warm, gooey, and packed with that essential Mini Egg crunch. This wasn't just good; it was one of the best cookie doughs I’ve ever had.

I enjoyed it from the very first bite to the last. If you're a fellow cookie dough lover, you need to check this place out. I'll definitely be back for more!

It’s been far too long since I was last at @elsant It’s been far too long since I was last at @elsantoglasgow! 🌮

I’d visited a couple of times shortly after they first opened, so I was really looking forward to checking them out again. I honestly can’t believe it’s been as long as it has, but it was so good to be back.

Looking over the menu, several items caught my eye, but the Yellowfin Tuna Tostada stood out immediately. Being a huge fan of tuna, I knew I had to try it.

The dish comes with:
🐟 Sashimi-grade tuna
🖤 "Salsa Negra"
🔥 Fermented kimchi emulsion
🥑 Whipped avocado

When it arrived, the presentation was beautiful. The attention to detail was so impressive and I couldn't wait to dive in! From the first bite, the combination of textures and flavours was spot on. Even as a cold dish, it was incredibly vibrant and flavourful, I honestly could have eaten two or three more!

The way the different components paired with the sauce was perfect; every ingredient complemented the others without losing its individual character. It was delicious and I’d highly recommend it.

To round off my meal during my recent #invite to L To round off my meal during my recent #invite to Lucky’s Diner (@luckysdiner) on Paisley Road West, I had to try the Aero Mint Milkshake. It’s been ages since I’ve opted for a shake, and this was the perfect excuse to dive back in.

It arrived in a very generous size, exactly what you want when you're treating yourself.

I’m picky with shakes; I much prefer a thick, creamy consistency over the thin, "milky" ones you find elsewhere. This one was spot-on—perfectly thick and indulgent.

That classic Aero Mint taste was unmistakable and hit the mark instantly.

It was the ultimate refreshing companion to my burger and fries. If you have a sweet tooth, this is an absolute must-order!

New snack obsession unlocked! 🔓 I picked up these New snack obsession unlocked! 🔓

I picked up these Baf Snacks from my recent visit to Food Asia Hypermarket @foodasiascotland in Glasgow. To be honest, I had never even heard of these before, let alone tried them, but I was curious to see what they were like.

Safe to say they are very addictive! 🤤 They have such a satisfying crunch and the flavor is spot on. It’s another one of those items I really wish I’d grabbed more of while I was there.

If you’re at @foodasiascotland, do yourself a favour and grab a bag (or three). You’ve been warned!

* Pastel de Camarão 🍤 – Crispy, golden, and packed with flavor.
* Roast Chicken Tacos 🌮 – A classic done right.
* El Santo Chocolate Cigar 🍫💨 – Served with passion fruit mousse, this is an absolute MUST. It’s as stunning to look at as it is to eat!

I'll be posting more photos over on my Instagram soon, and a full, deep-dive review will be hitting the blog shortly. You won’t want to miss the details on this one!

I recently swung by Food Asia Hypermarket (@fooda I recently swung by Food Asia Hypermarket (@foodasiascotland) in Glasgow and picked up these Minute Khana Onion Bhajis. Let’s just say, they did not disappoint!

Whether you’re looking for a stress-free starter for curry night or just a quick savory snack, these are a total game-changer.

They cook up in no time, making them perfect for when the cravings hit. These are seriously tasty. The texture and seasoning are spot on!

The box says "mild," and they definitely mean it. I didn’t get much of a kick at all, so they’re perfect if you prefer flavour over fire, though spice lovers might want a side of spicy chutney!

Next time you’re at Asia Food Hypermarket, definitely grab a box (or three).

Picked this up on my latest visit to Food Asia Hy Picked this up on my latest visit to Food Asia Hypermarket @foodasiascotland in Glasgow. I was looking for something easy and light for a post-work dinner, and this hit the spot!

Perfect quick fix for lunch or a tired evening. Heat and eat, couldn't be simpler.

A satisfying blend of spices and soft chickpeas. The choley flavour was distinct and delicious and I wish I grabbed a few more of these.

It's labelled 'medium', which was to be honest I didnt get any kick from this.

Overall, it's a solid, flavourful choice for when you need a light meal on short notice.

Definitely worth keeping one in the freezer! Bonus points for being 100% vegan and something I would 100% pickup again.

You can’t have a proper burger without the perfect You can’t have a proper burger without the perfect side, and during my recent #invite to Lucky’s Diner (@luckysdiner) on Paisley Road West, I decided to level up my fries.

There are a few ways to order your fries here, but I went straight for the Peri Salted version.

I was genuinely impressed when they arrived alongside my Angus Smash, the portion size is generous and they looked fantastic.

Perfectly cooked with that essential golden crispness.

This is where most places fail, but Lucky’s nailed it. Often you only get flavour on the top layer, but these were seasoned consistently throughout.

Every single fry had that perfect balance of spice, enough to be "moreish" without overpowering the meal. If you’re visiting, don’t settle for plain; the Peri salt is the way to go!

If you’re passing through Food Asia Hypermart in G If you’re passing through Food Asia Hypermart in Glasgow, do yourself a favor and stop at the Food 2 Go counter. Their pakora is officially setting the bar for Glasgow takeaways.

Chicken Pakora
The chicken was exceptionally tender (rare for pakora!) with a deep, savory flavor that isn't hidden by the batter. Honestly, one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Vegetable Pakora
This one is for the spice lovers. It has a perfect little kick that makes the flavors pop, with that classic crunch on the outside and a soft, flavorful center.

Whether you're a meat lover or a veggie fan, these are a total must-grab. Highly recommended! @foodasiascotland
