SUPERPARK GLASGOW BECOMES FIRST SUPERPARK TO INTRODUCE A BRAND NEW LOYALTY SCHEME

SuperPark Glasgow, Scotland’s latest family “day out destination” within Frasers Plus Braehead, has been chosen as the very first SuperPark to offer its customers a new Loyalty programme, known as SuperPark Friends.

Having been consistently busy since its opening at the end of August, the park is keen to thank everyone who has visited. It will now let them know that they can be rewarded for their continuing custom through the pilot scheme which delivers free visits to the park.

“We are very grateful for the exceptionally warm and enthusiastic response from the local community, and across Glasgow, to SuperPark coming to Braehead,” said General Manager, Scott Smith. “It has been incredible, exceeding our expectations.”

“As we continue to develop the customer’s experience at SuperPark Glasgow, we’d now like to make sure that our loyal customers are getting the very most out of coming to SuperPark. If they sign up to our free SuperPark Friends programme, either online, at time of booking, or through our app, they can start a ten step journey towards a free visit to the park,” he added.

“We are delighted to be the very first park offering this, after only being open for two months. It’s another new family initiative to bring to Glasgow.”

Scott explained that as a global brand with parks in Australia, the Middle East, China and Finland, SuperPark was looking to reward families with something more meaningful than points or coupons.

“SuperPark Friends is not about rewarding transactions, it’s about rewarding active family experiences,” he said. “You collect one “superstep” for each qualifying visit. When you reach ten visits, you unlock the first reward which is a free two hour activity pass, valid on any day.”

The loyalty programme will help the park build its customer base, encourage first time visitors to return, and promote its parties, events and quieter periods more effectively. It’s supported with useful updates and surprises for customers, ensuring they are never bored.

Easy to sign up to online, customers can then log in each time to view the progress on their journey to rewards.

“If you’d prefer to join through the app, we have a QR code which you can simply scan.” Said Scott. “It’s displayed on the bright and colourful screens in the park, you can’t miss them.”

He finished by commenting on birthday parties.

“We understand that local parents will want their child to be one of the very first to enjoy a birthday party at this amazing new park,” he said.

“We have a dedicated section on our website which tells you all you need to know about the different party packages we have at SuperPark. Prices start from £19.95 on a weekday. The website includes a FAQ section, and a live booking calendar to check dates and times.”

“Two free adult spaces are also provided with each party, so that parents can accompany their children on this very special experience.”

Open seven days a week, there’s plenty of opportunity to plan a visit to SuperPark. Part of a global indoor leisure and recreation concept founded in Finland in 2012, once again confirmed as the “happiest country in the world”, SuperPark Glasgow is the first park in the UK.

Driven by its consistently high-quality guest experiences at other parks throughout the world, SuperPark is built on well organised and smooth operation. It scores highly in exceptional cleanliness, and in health & safety.
