I got a wee ping in my Instagram inbox from Candied, inviting me to come to their place in Falkirk to try some of their sweets. I had to say YES as its a sweet shop, and you know me and my mega sweet tooth.
I thought lets make a wee day trip and see the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel while I am here, so I set the address in my satnav and off I went.
First stop Kelpies…
I visited the Kelpies first, and had a nice walk around burning off some calories before I put many on.
Next stop Candied woohoo…
I arrived and couldnt wait to go inside and see what goodies they have.
Looking Around :
On entering you are presented with an amazing sight of many many flavours of ice cream, and they all look so so good.
I could see a massive pick & mix area, and a slushy area and ohh this looked so good my mouth was already watering and thats before seeing the menu.
I was given a menu and sat down.
I opened the menu and OMG I was in Heaven, there was SO SO SO many dishes I wanted to try but I never like to go overboard even if my eyes and stomach tell me to do different.
Churros : N/A Tonight, Normally £4.99
Visually everything today was very much eye candy, and visually tickled my taste buds.
I started with the ice cream, mmm ok so this tasted like proper Italian Ice cream. The flavours were amazing, and it was very creamy.
The Curros were very nice, and very fresh and tasted good.
Everything together was so good.

Hot Cookie Dough : N/A Tonight, Normally £4.99
Now this is the one I was REALLY looking forward to, I LOVE!!!!!!!! cookie dough and this was on my hit list to 100% try today.
Again visually very mmmm and both Ice creams tasted very creamy, and very full of flavour.
The cookie dough….O.M.G!!!!!! heaven in a box!!!! I could just sit and eat this all day.

Biscoff Waffle : N/A Tonight, Normally £4.99
I was starting to get full and was going to call it a day, then I saw this on the menu and had to try it.
I am also a big Biscoff fan, I could eat from the spreadable jar all day and not feel sick so it was time to try this.

Overall
Firstly a BIG thanks to Candied for my invite, I had a great day and enjoyed every single mouthful.
If you have a sweet tooth like me, or the above tickled your taste buds then you HAVE to visit here!!!
