The guys at Revolution were kind enough to send me an invite, to come along and have dinner.  Revolution was on my list to try ever since it opened, so I accepted their lovely invite.

On entering I took a good look around.

This was really nice inside, very bright, open and a nice design everyone I looked at were all happy and having a nice time.

I was then shown to my seat…

The Food…

I didnt want to go overboard since I was invited and waste food, so I skipped a starter and looked right at the burgers.

Instantly one caught my attention and I thought, this is the one for me!!!!

Burger

The Smoke King £n/a tonight…..(Normally £12.75)
Three beef patties layered with nacho cheese, loaded with smoky creamed corn, streaky bacon, caramel BBQ sauce, chorizo ketchup and crispy fried onions. Served under a cloud of applewood smoke in a sesame brioche bun, with a large scoop of skin-on fries. #SMOKEKING

This arrived like the photo above, and I was told to watch carefully as the waitress lifted the glass cover. This was a very interesting idea, plus added a little fun to the food.

WOW was my instant thought when the burger was presented, and also “I dont think dessert will be happening tonight” 🙂

I tried lifting this with my hands, but my mouth wasnt big enough….so I fell back to using the old knife and fork.

MMMM MMMM MMMM MMM MMM!!!! this was really really good! every mouthful from start to finish was mmmm

I highly recomend you try this!!!! and more so with a knife and fork 🙂

Value for Money : n/a tonight

Dessert

Bombshell Brownie £n/a tonight…..(Normally £4.95)
A heavenly explosion of chocolate brownie bites, salted caramel chocolate sauce, golden honeycomb chunks and rich chocolate ice cream, sprinkled with popping candy. #LOVEFOOD

This arrived on the table, then the waitress set the sparkler alight.

At first I thought the ice cream was covered in nuts, which I cant take but then I noticed it wasnt nuts but what was it?…..it was poping candy woohoo

This was really nice, and yes I did finish it after that big burger.

My only issue and its a personal one…..I could have done with more chocolate sauce 🙂

Overall

Firstly a big thanks to Revolution for my invite, and for a very nice evening.

Overall I am very impressed with tonight, the staff were lovely and helpful with all my questions…the food well WOW amazing and I cant wait to have that burger again 🙂

I looked at their cocktail list and really liked the sound of most, so my next visit I will try more food and a few cocktails.
